The shelf life of the bottles we have found is suitable for water up to 12 months (this is based on the contents and not the bottle). The bottles can draw in slightly in the middle after several months months but this is due to permeability of the material as they return to the normal shape once the cap is removed.
They are best stored in a dry environment away from heat the same as PET bottles.
Both of these waters would be fine and they are also suitable for many other soft drinks, milks and juices
